Alamosa Creates presents ARTfest, an annual celebration of the arts. Join us Downtown for artist booths, food trucks, live music and entertainment. San Juan Avenue on both sides of Main Street will be converted into festival grounds. In addition to artists and outdoor sculptures, see the Salida Circus, make your own art with The Wet Paintbrush, and enjoy music from SoulMountainRiders and That ‘90s Band.

A series of creativity prompts that will take participants around the Art Walk and to view the new art installations Downtown. Prompts will invite people to draw, paint, write, take photos, create a dance, sing a song, etc., in response to the art they are experiencing. Start at the bookstore at 602 Main St., then walk around Downtown.
